Back in the 70's Jim Beggins brought the Century 21 Brand to Florida. Over 400 locations later, C21 corporate acquired back all of them. Coming full circle, the Beggins family opened a small C21 Brokerage over 25 years ago in Apollo Beach. Today, C21 Beggins has 10 locations, over 400 agents, and is consistently ranked as one of the top Century 21's in the world. We have gone through one of the biggest real estate down turns of all time, thrived in some of the hottest markets and everything in between. Now, we are using this experience to bring value and transparency to an industry that has become a sea of sameness. We are giving our best advice away for free. We are also taking you on this journey with us. We are focused on becoming the number 1 C21 in the world.
