Mindset is important. While we hope that you leave the last day feeling inspired and driven, that is not what we mean by mindset. Our focus on mindset is truly understanding your "why". Once you truly understand why you are doing this, we can build a framework to help you achieve it. We believe heavily in self-awareness and this class will help with yours.
Strategy
We will go through some basic and advanced sales training strategy as well as how pricing and even the contract can be used as a strategic tool. In fact, we will teach out about our strategic pricing analysis. We will also discuss specific proven strategies around lead generation, follow up, and how to attach niches like FSBO's, & expired's.
Marketing
Our Chief Marketing Office does an entire section of the class around how to use social media to drive and grow your real estate business. He will show you how to prospect and grow your tribe using free methods as well as how to build highly targeted paid ads for very little cost. He will even show you how to use video and FB to digitally farm, and build your personal brand.

Why is this free?
Originally, Beggins University was only open to our newly hired agents. However, we came to the realization recently, that asking someone to join us, without allowing them to to feel/hear our vibe is not fair. So we decided to do something crazy. Let's invite agents who very well may end up not joining us, and give them training. Are we training our competition? Maybe. However, we know that it takes support to execute on the strategies we go over in the class. Support, that many brokerages do not/ can't offer. - Mindset- Understanding your true value as an agent, knowing your "why". It will determine the success of your business.
- Skills- Understanding your current skill set, realizing your strengths, and going all in on them. We will go over tatics to grow your business and add tools to your toolbox.
- Action- We will layout the process of taking your skills and executing on them. Taking action is the hard part. We will teach you HOW to take action.
- Listing System- Want to earn more listings? We will map out the way we approach the listing side of the business. The system that allows us to sell 20-50 homes a day.
- Buying System- You like to work with buyers? Great. We will teach you how to build a system that allows you more efficiently work with buyers and grow that side of your business.
